Obscure spoof of exercise videos starring popular B-movie "scream queen" Linnea Quigley who in-between flashbacks to her crappy films (mostly Creepozoids), proclaiming how hard it is to be a B-movie actress and lounging about in skimpy outfits does a bunch of exercise routines you just get the feeling wouldn't be approved by any fitness instructor.
This is a collector's item for sure even if you must see for the plentiful canned music, jokey narration and to see Linnea tell zombies they're "flabby" before busting out in a poolside aerobics display.
A crappy hard-to-find novelty tape for Quigley's fans only. But it's not all bad as some of the spoof elements (like the slasher film sequence that has the characters deciding splitting-up would be smarter than staying together) work okay.
