Three boys get involved with black magic and they manage to open a gate to Hell. The demonic forces of eternal evil rise to earth. Two young couples arrive to a hiking cottage unaware of the unspeakable terror lurking in the woods.

The Gates of Evil is a short film made by film students and volunteers in the style of 70's horror flicks. Although modern camera equipment was used, the look of the film was made as authentic as possible. Film draws inspiration from 70's Italian horror movies (Fulci, Argento) and occult literature (Ars Goetia).
